The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman
Bod Owens is just like any other teenager, he wants to have friends, he wants to have a girlfriend, and he wants to be accepted for who he is. But he lives in a graveyard and his family and friends are ghosts. The Graveyard Book is called a “gothic fantasy” but it is also a mystery. Though the story takes place in a graveyard filled with ghosts, it will leave the reader with a life-affirming hope and sense of wonder.
